The first round of the Enduro World Championship was held in Germany!
After a winter of training the riders were eager to fight. When they arrived in Germany, they discovered four very selective stages and an extremely well-organized event!
ENDURO GP – E1
Matteo Cavallo was racing his first GP on his 250 SEF and his first race in the senior class, he made the podium on the first day with a nice 2nd place finish! But he failed to make it on Sunday, he was just two tenths of a second from it, he made some mistakes that slowed him down. But he proved that the potential is there!
JUNIOR – JUNIOR 1 & 2
Théo Espinasse had a beautiful performance, with a 2nd and 3rd place finish over the two days of racing. He occupies the same position in Junior 1 (250 2stroke / 4stroke).
For his part Jack Edmondson also raced well and finished 4th and 5th in scratch. He even experienced his first win of the season in Junior 2 (+ 250 2stroke / 4stroke) by finishing 1st on Saturday and 2nd on Sunday.
YOUTH 125CC
Finally, Hamish MacDonald our rider from New Zealand, won on both days, by a comfortable margin riding his 125 SE-R!
Dan Mundell tried to ride in practice despite a broken metacarpal but had to make up his mind not to start.
A word from the Team Manager, Jordan Curvalle:
“This was a very nice introduction for our riders!” On Saturday we felt a lot of tension, everyone was eager to discover his performance level after a winter of training. It was great seeing all of our riders on the podiums! We now have a month to continue to improve, before a major tour of Portugal and Spain! “
See you in Portugal in 1 month!
